We are currently advertising four roles
Dance4 is recruiting for four roles in our team, with deadlines in January and Feburary 2015.

HEAD OF PROGRAMME
To take a strategic lead for Dance4’s programme, develop funding, presenting and commissioning partnerships for activities across the region and beyond and manage the financial and human resources to maximise opportunities to fulfil Dance4’s objectives. Candidates must have considerable experience of leading dance programmes and demonstrate entrepreneurial flair and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Salary £35,027
Closing date: 12pm, Tuesday 13 January
Interviews: Thursday 22 January in Nottingham

HEAD OF EXTERNAL RELATIONS & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
To lead Dance4’s strategy to diversify and grow investment and earned income, to ensure consistent high quality communications activity and to develop strong relationships internally and externally to enable Dance4 to achieve its business objectives. Candidates must have five years' strategic communications experience within the arts and cultural sector and a track record of securing investment.
Salary £35,027
Closing date: 12pm, Tuesday 20 January
Interviews: Thursday 29 January in Nottingham

PRODUCER: ARTISTS
To research, develop and lead Dance4’s programme of activities that develop opportunities for artists, including residencies, producing, touring and presenting work. Candidates must have excellent programme management skills and experience of producing the work of dance artists.
Salary £28,485
Closing date: 12pm, Monday 2 February
Interviews: Tuesday 10 February in Nottingham

MARKETING & PR OFFICER
To implement plans that successfully deliver Dance4’s ambitions on marketing, audience development and press relations. Candidates must have at least 2 years' marketing experience in the arts and cultural sector and an interest in contemporary performance work.
Salary £22,149
Closing date: 12pm, Monday 2 February
Interviews: Wednesday 11 February in Nottingham
